I update the 3.2 launcher yestoday, and it works fine.
But, when I boot into Gateway mode, the card flashed for a moment. Like this:

This had never happened before. Should I worried about it?

Yeah, that's amazing.
Anyway, does this means some kind of warning? Such as the card is going to be broken or something.

To answer the question in the topic, yes it contains a led. It usually only lights up during diagnostic checks.

Maybe they changed something in their launcher regarding more DRM and it checks to see if the card is actually a GateWay? xD Speculation, speculation.

Agree. It generally lights up only in cases of checks/updates, or maybe formatting emunand etc. I don't think it's a bad sign. Would be intresting to know, why/when it lights up and in what color.

Like what Plasmastar510 and bonny said, it usually only lights up for diagnostics/formatting emunand before the latest update. Actually, if you run a diagnostic test, it will light up in different colors for each check. I guess most people didn't realize since you can't see the card on the O3DS since you're just looking at the screen :s

the led is indeed only supposed to light up when doing checks or if something is wrong. do you successfully boot into gateway/EMUnand or does it freeze on that light?

you are asking a question, but how could the answer be no? :)

Well, I know the topic didn't get any idea about my question in the thread.
Since My English is not good enough to make it accurate and concise, I had to choose a different way to attract attention.

Mine also started lighting up after I updated to 3.2 and installed the 4.5 mset. Not sure if it was the update itself or the 4.5 mset that did it but it looks like it's supposed to do that since it's happening to other people too.
Maybe it runs a diagnostics check when GW mode boots now?

fun fact its also triggered on CN/oot, but you can only see it happen if you have the eshop version as it happens before you have a chance to switch to the GW card in
