It's stickied right in this section... or you could suggest it to the developer of your favorite title manager, if you have one

One could request this be added to FBI. Although it would really just uninstall them one by one. But it could be an interesting idea.

You can use FBI to delete your game titles. It deletes it fairly quickly but you will have to do it individually. Just keep note of what games you want and then delete them one by one. Its much much more faster than deleting it from the System Settings. This could be easily achieved by going to into the "Titles" section of FBI. Once you finish deleting them restart your 3DS so the icons for them could disappear.
