Xplora... try searching it on google. this is like a file manager with so many features like text reading / editing and archiving.

I think Bookr is a rather good one. Not sure if it does text files though... does pretty much everything else...

you can read .txt files with the PSP's web browser. Just type the path to the file in the address bar.

Bookr does work with .txt files, used it myself once, nifty bookmarking tools also

Bookr, I use it for PDFs.

Yes, Bookr is all you need. It doesn't support special characters though, so for ebooks you'd better edit them all out.

theres also text viewer 0.5 which is simple to use
1mz chinese reader, also simple and only uses 1mhz of the psp when reading txt files to improve battery life

CMFusion can do it in-game as well.
