ROM Hack Is there a Children of Mana Save Editor?

I have not personally heard of one but seen as a Chinese translation has been around for a while I would not discount the possibility of there being one kicking around one of the Chinese forums.
Of course you could probably dump a save or two and we all could set about hacking it.
