Hacking Is there a ban risk if I link my account to a new Switch?

I am planning on buying a new Switch.

If I were to unlink my (currently unbanned) account from a Switch I have been using CFW and homebrew on, would there be any risk of any potential ban in the future on the new one?

I'm only asking because the account has a few games purchased on it, so ideally I would like to still use it.

honestly, any cfw will get you banned. There are posts all over gbatemp about this

Bans are only known to ban the console. No one has reported an account ban, but it could be possible.

People should know the risks of CFW and be willing to accept their fate in doing so. Not that hard really. Or get a second Switch to use as a guinea pig.

I transferred a NIN account from a banned switch to a normal non CFW touched switch without issue. Yes it's very possible.
