I am in the market for a SC lite and would like to ask, is the CycloDS microSD the same as the SuperCard lite in terms of features, hardware? Are they both just as reliable?

Yes, slot 2 CycloDSs are Supercard clones.ojsinnerz said:I don't know very much about Slot-2s,
but weren't the Slot-2 Cyclo models actually Supercard clone products?

They won't run newer Supercard firmwares because they encrypted the later ones.Destructobot said:The CycloDS mini and microSD are indeed Supercard clones. I'm not sure about this, but I think they won't run the official Supercard firmwares.
Why don't you get a EZ Flash IV then? It shouldn't be too expensive and it doesn't have slowdown like the Supercard's.ferrariman said:I want it for gba.... I don't really know which to get.

As long as you don't get the Compact version you'll be fine. The Compact version is only able to play Gba-roms that are smaller than 8 MB.ferrariman said:Deluxe is a little pricey, does anyone think I will be fine with the non-deluxe?
Can the deluxe play game bigger than 8MB?Minox_IX said:As long as you don't get the Compact version you'll be fine. The Compact version is only able to play Gba-roms that are smaller than 8 MB.ferrariman said:Deluxe is a little pricey, does anyone think I will be fine with the non-deluxe?
All versions of the EZ Flash IV except for the Compact version are able to run 32MB Gba-roms.ferrariman said:Can the deluxe play game bigger than 8MB?Minox_IX said:As long as you don't get the Compact version you'll be fine.
