its more like support their greediness rather than laziness... you how hard it would be to reverse engineer Atmosphere original coding and then Nintendo's XCI code on top of that.... but a million sx licenses figured it all out.

I do find it weird that there are no real Atmos or SX clones yet. I mean the 3ds scene had a bunch of crappy gateway clones and multiple CFW before Luma took hold. but theres non of that for the switch scene. even after 3 years.

atmosphere doesnt enable piracy...the patches enable the piracy ....sxos enables piracy out of the box..and uses nintendo code which ams doesnt. (i am no ams or sx fanboy but thats the truth)

i pirate myself...i only said what is true AMS doesnt allow piracy out of the box...nor do the devs condone piracy....on the other hand SXOS enables piracy out of the box...has a function meant for piracy which uses Nintendos code...(XCI loading) ....sad that people wont get what i say

Yeah, it may be arguing semantics but saying that "Atmosphere doesn't enable piracy" isn't fully accurate. The developers may not condone piracy, but by simply exploiting the system and giving your average joe the tools to make pirate patches, you are enabling that behavior. SXOS does damn near exactly the same thing as Atmosphere, it just bundles in some of the pirate patches.

But does "out of the box" really count for anything? And again, I'm not sure you're looking for the word "enable". You can argue that atmos doesn't include the tools to pirate but that's about it.
