Is ShopTemp reliable?

Yes shoptemp is very reliable i bought my r4 card and my 2gb micro sd card from there. I don't know what the premium service does though (i think they just set it up for you may be wrong)

I ordered a Acekard and a replacement case from ShopTemp about a 1-2 month ago (maybe longer) and it took about 1-2 weeks to get here using the free delivery option.
Basically the flashing service does all the work (Flashcard system files (if you're buying a memory card with it) and making it work on newer DSi's) so you don't have to. You don't need it but if you're new on this type of stuff it's really helpful.
And yeah, ShopTemp is reliable, they even sorted it all out when I ordered it twice by mistake.

Yes, ShopTemp is very reliable. They only use original, non-fake flashcarts, they have very reasonable prices and provide free shipping. I personally cannot find a place that sells flashcarts cheaper than ShopTemp.
