Hardware Is Powersaves region free?

Powersaves has added Japanese games to their website, and I'm wondering if a US Powersaves adapter will read Japanese games, or is a Japanese version needed? I tried contacting their support, but as usual they never answer.

I found it, it's called Puroaku Save in Japan, but it costs 5 times the US price... :/

Does anyone happen to have Puroaku Save and Dragon Ball Heroes 2, and wouldn't mind uploading a game save with all cards unlocked?

EDIT: I just found the download for the Puroaku Save software, and the US serial works on it.

Anyone have a Japanese serial they wouldn't mind sharing? I really want to unlock all the cards in this game, but I can't justify spending $120 to do it :/

I have the US hardware. I was going to import the game just to unlock all the cards and then dump the save to emunand, but if I have to buy the Japanese powersaves it will cost me a total of $180

I'd like to, but I can't afford to spend that much on it, unfortunately.

Hopefully some kind person will come along and share it, or upload a modified game save.
