Is http://www.play-asia.com legit?

Because here in Australia, if I buy from "Play Asia" the PS3 games are like $30+ cheaper than in stores and I don't have much money so I need the best bargains I can get.

Yeah I pre-ordered Tales of VS from 'em.
Got it within the time specified and it wasn't damaged, fake or anything.

Though they seem to have higher prices then I remember.
Tales of VS is like $52, and I pre-ordered it for $40 or so.

Yeah, they're real. They're awesome for feeding the anime figurine fix. Make sure if you buy a game, though, that it actually has English.
