Hardware Is Pasta CFW compatible with Gateway

Hello everybody, I am just wondering, as the title suggests, if the pasta CFW, ninjahax and rxtool or other homebrew can coexist with Gateway firmware or emunand? In other word, can I install all these and then use gateway? Thanks in advance.

i get around this with having 2 separate SD cards for the 3ds.
