Homebrew Is near perfect gba and snes emulation possible

I want to play some old gba and snes games on the go and i tried to on ps vita but i heard that it can be better on 3ds and I love my 3ds so it would be even better on there. I have a n3ds i don't know if that is important or not but could u help me in the right directions for the best way to play?

SNES games seem to run well on the new 3ds, and gba emulation is kind of pointless knowing that with gba virtual console injects the 3ds literally becomes a gba
