The bad part is that the ones that study are the minority, the rest conform themselves with fan-translations for games that'll never be released in English, or whine and moan for others that already even have a date. They're talking about when a person uses honorifics in their own username.
For example if my username was "Rydian-kun" instead of just "Rydian".
It's not how honorifics are used, thus the annoyance.
