I had this exact problem. Nothing worked with my browser. Turned out I had to update my browser to the 9.2 formwares version which I did by burrowing a friends gateway.

I installed FBI using the gateway. Pretty sure you can use any .cia installer. Then I found the .cia update for the browser from a "certain" iso site. You then install the update using gateway under sysnand (hold down B or something in the gateway launcher to change it to sysnand from emunand).

Read his first post, he already has a Gateway and it doesn't work. Also we already found the problem, he partially updated his console, so even updating with a game won't fix it.

No games come with 9.1.0, and the only games that come with 9.0.0 are eShop titles (which don't really "come" with a firmware update I don't think, since they already suppose you are on latest firmware when you download them.)

Normally should. I don't think you will have access to browser exploits because your firmware will still be a -10, but it opens up the possibility for oot3dhax (I think that might be your only option, even.)

It is your best bet, buy Cooking Mama ... using gateway and cubic ninja / ocarina of time if you have a other hacked 3ds or a save dongle.

Is no one reading the full thread? Any hack/exploit that requires the browser WILL NOT WORK. Somehow or another the poor OP ended up with the latest browser installed on his system. He stated his browser version is 1.7616, which is the browser that came with 10.2.0-28. No cartridge update in existence will fix his browser to allow browserhax again.

OP, you will need to find a way to update your system to 9.0 or 9.2 and then you can hopefully use Ninjhax or OOThax since neither actually depend on the browser. Ninjhax should just need a browser installed so it can download the payload, it doesn't actually make use of any exploits in the browser's code.

If for some reason neither of those work, you should be able to use menuhax to access PastaCFW and install fbi and then sysupdater, then download the complete 9.2.0-20 cia update package from that ISO site and install it with sysupdater to hopefully overwrite your updated browser with the old version that IS exploitable still.
