Homebrew Is my 3DS bricked after updating?

My 3DS is using A9LH.
I updated my 3DS about 10 mins ago
After that my custom menu theme disappeared
I then went into the friends thing and then exited,
my theme came back and ejected a game card
My 3DS then froze so i turned it off
When i turn it back on nothing comes up apart from the blue LED

Am i done for?

I would start with the 3dsguide troubleshooting section I cant seem to link it but search for "3ds guide troubleshooting" should get you all the info you need

edit- (sorry I thought you said you updated to B9S) I would still refer to the 3ds guide and update if possable. What happens if you turn off you 3ds and turn it on while holding start?

What CFW were you running before you updated? Can you still access any Luma3DS payloads?
