June is the so called cut off date for JTAG hackable boxes although it is usually mid-late June (some say 16th, some say 17th, I would not be surprised to see things either side work or not) that makes for the date. Frankly you will not know until you have dumped the NAND and are starting the hack proper.
All 360s can be drive modded to play copied games though. Yours will probably be a 7 series liteon (the 8 series first appeared in late June) but if you are doing homebrew proper then you can grab the drive keys that way rather than using a probe.
