Gaming Is it still a good time to get a PSP

Is it still a good time to buy a psp even if I might not use the custom firmware?

Well that depends, if you aren't going to use CFW get the new 3000 that comes out later this month, If you are interested in CFW wait till the 3000's come out so that the slims get a price drop.

Not to mention that some Slims come with the new TA-088V3 or whatever motherboard, which is currently unhackable. Now would be a swell time.

Get it used, less chance of an unhackable motherboard, and cheaper price. That's what I'm doing next week.
