Hacking Is it safe to use one NNID with two 3DS consoles?

I know the method is to do a system transfer from an EMUNAND to another, after transfer recover the previous EMUNAND. But my question is, is this way safe? Thanks.

When you do that, the console that you restored when it connects to the Internet will wipe all the installs from the nnid afaik
