I just finished updating my old 3ds to B9S from A9LH. Is it safe to format the 3ds? My cousin was using it and I wanna get a fresh start. I have FBI injected into H&S app, will that stay so that I can reinstall luma update and freeshop?
Yes, in fact "formatting" is misleading as only certain specific files are deleted from nand/sd in addition to generating a new sd encryption key (movable.sed)
Of course, system apps aren't removed
