    Is it possible to make a homebrew that puts .ips patches on real pokemon gba games?

    Nope, GBA carts are read-only.

    As Spnial said; The GBA roms on the GBA cards are not made to 'edit' in this case, they are only there for reading the game. There is NO way to modify it. [​IMG] Just to make it more clear. [​IMG]
