Hacking Is it possible to save edit without hacking your vita?

I'm using a vita with frimware 3.65 and was wondering if there is a way to save edit without hacking my vita. Such as the ps3's game genie where I can transfer the save file to my PC and edit it there then put it back on my Vita?

I mean, some games have cloud save, if you can upload to cloud, and play on ps3, then use game genie, so technically, but not just direct from vita, no.

Example, metal gear solid hd, ps3 save can transfer to psvita, so using game genie on ps3 save then transfer to vita works.
