Yes, and no. Most titles work just fine out of region. Others require renaming some files and/or folders. Still, others won't work out of region, like Starfox Zero EUR doesn't seem to work on US consoles.

I never got it working. Perhaps I had a bad dump. Anyways, was just an example, not a hard fact.

Thanks to all... i just loaded about 4-5 eu titles and have had no problems... havent tried starfox yet.
