Just like we did for project64 or 1964 emulators, can we use custom textures in n64 VC?
It would be awesome to play zelda oot or mm using djipi's cellshading texture.

Can you put them in the Rom? When you can, this works.
By the time, no. I loaded using a plugin. But now we have different folder system when using VC, so maybe it is possible (somewhere inside content folder, or patch folder, making the game load this textures by 'mistake').

If you can't put those so-called "custom textures" in the rom, then no.

I think as long as the (custom) rom is built for use on real hardware and z64 format, I don't see why they shouldn't work as an inject.

Goldeneye X doesn't boot, and obviously anything that's been expanded will not work either such as Mario star road 64 or whatever it's called.....

I want to test APS patches for deblur on all roms... But I don't have the time.....

Did you tested star road with dk64 or an other VC game? I think this must work in dk64

I didnt because I highly doubt it would work. Star road is NOT made for real hardware. Nintendo VC emulates hardware. Star road is built for emulators on PC which dont have such constrictions.

I hope to see mods on Wii U, that would be great, but I still think they must be within the confines of reality: if its built for real hardware (ED64 compatible) it should work on inject as long as the config.ini is present for the base game.

Ogre Battle 64 Lycanthrope Fix

A bug fix to a great game. This fixes so that werewolves transform with the moon like in the original Ogre Battle. US version only though.

Goldeneye X (http://www.goldeneyevault.com/viewfile.php?id=202)

Perfect Dark - modded multiplayer where the sims can use mines, and everyone can use Goldeneye weapons (http://www.shootersforever.com/forums_message_boards/viewtopic.php?t=5996)

Perfect Dark - modded multiplayer so that the single player levels are playable in multiplayer - not ideal, as the levels mostly aren't suited for mp, plus not all levels work, but it's interesting to see (http://www.goldeneyevault.com/viewfile.php?id=240)

The same as the above, but with weather in the levels (http://www.shootersforever.com/forums_message_boards/viewtopic.php?t=6270)

Legend of Zelda - Voyager of Time (playable but unfinishable)

I'm sure there are PLENTY more roms that work.

I also know that you can HEXEDIT to cheat your roms, or patch them for DEBLUR and they WORK on real hardware. http://krikzz.com/forum/index.php?topic=3892.0
