ROM Hack Is it possible to extract my saves from old EmuNAND?

So I messed up big time. I didn't back up my saves using Checkpoint, instead I just copied to my Desktop the entirety of the emuMMC folder (basically the RAW1 folder) and that's it. I have the album, Contents and save folder. When I try to copy this folder on my new emuMMC its contents get deleted as soon as I boot up Atmosphere.
Is there any way I could recover my save files from the "save" folder alone? If you have any idea please respond. Thanks.

If your old emunand is gone for good and you don't have a back up of the saves alone, then no.

Hey.. I think understanding this issue could help me out.. I have a backup of my emuNAND, but when I restore it completely I can't boot up my Switch fully. Are there any particular partitions I should be restoring? (I tried RESTORING the USER partition BUT emuMMC folder gets deleted just like OP)
