It may be possible under Linux as there's a repository of drivers for a boatload of (older) webcams.

Yes, it is possible to connect a webcam to a wii. Won't do much mind, but there is absolutely nothing to stop you sticking it in the USB port anyway.

wii speak is for voice chat, and for the webcam: linux can do that (or mayby win95 on dosbox

)
