Here's the problem that I'm having:
http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=119187

Then some dude or dudette recommended me to rip some IOS from a game disc that has an update. So I did and here's the IOS I have now:

IOS11-64-v10.wad
IOS12-64-v6.wad
IOS13-64-v10.wad
IOS14-64-v257.wad
IOS15-64-v257.wad
IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad
IOS17-64-v512.wad
IOS20-64-v12.wad
IOS21-64-v514.wad
IOS22-64-v772.wad
IOS28-64-v1288.wad
IOS30-64-v1040.wad
IOS31-64-v1040.wad
IOS33-64-v1040.wad
IOS34-64-v1039.wad
IOS35-64-v1040.wad
IOS36-64-v1042.wad
IOS37-64-v2070.wad

That dude/dudette also stated that I'm having the 1017 error in IOS downgrader becasue I have no ticket which means the files are not there. So,
Should I continue installing them all?

....um.....well......what?

installing IOS through wad manager works reasonably well, but I don't know how it will fix your problem.....you can't overwrite IOS with older ones without the signing bug.

Well i',m not sure why your having a problem but i can tell you from Exp installing them wads won't hurt you,

but also could you make a list of the IOS's currently on your wii when you run anytitle deleter, just to see what all is still on your wii

Oh, wait. You're saying that I'm screwed?

Format is not an option. I don't have TP with me

formatting doesn't help anything, cause it doesn't touch the system titles, but from what i can see your IOS's looks fine,

just follow one of the tutorials on here instead of trying to reinvent the wheel...

you have IOS16 installed...GREAT!
get the custom wad manager for IOS16, and use it to install a cIOS wad (cIOS_fix.wad being the most easily found)

then, use that to run IOS downgrader (NOT cIOS downgrader)

then run cIOS Downgrader or AnyRegion Changer 1.1

there ya go.
end of story

for the love of wii don't format.

I've read the other thread you linked to now, sounds like you may have a problem I had at one point.....try this:

-obtain any recent version on tona's PatchMii cIOS clone from wiibrew.org
-run it, select uninstall.

find a different copy of cIOS_fix (or whatever cios you use, I think it was corrupt before)
and then install it with wadmanager custom for IOS16.

that worked for me when I had a bad cIOS that broke ATD and wad installs.

and don't forget that there is two kind of cios_fix floating around !!!!!

1- Cios_fix that was used for the loader ( you don't need ) .

2- cIOS_fix that is used for the downgrade fix ( you need ) .

you can get the #2 from my installer in my signature , try it and tell me
