I must have these games i need another shooter on 3ds

Look at the 3DS titlekeys database site (google it), if the game is in that list then it will be in freeShop. If not, it isn't.

FreeShop has no control over what games appear on it. It requires you to provide the key(s) either from your own personal collection or from that key site. If you don’t provide it and that key site lacks it, then it won’t be part of the freeShop listing.

ダンボール戦機ウォーズ, also physical game only in Japan as far as i know, maybe you will find it in ththat iso site.

hmm, it's not avaiable on the freeshop right now, i searched the game on that title key and found nothing
however, the EU and NZ and NA version is avaiable on the freeshop.
