Apple Ipod touch jailbreaked

So I just jailbreaked my ipod touch 2g. But I cant figure out how to install games or apps. I´ve downloaded the packages from a trustworthy site but I don´t know what to do with em.

To install games/apps from cydia(most likely what you have) just go to packages and install them =\ if they dont appear then respring/restart your ipod
