Gaming iPod Repair?

Alright, 2 years back, I thought I lost my iPod.
Now shuffling through some old stuff I found my 30GB iPod

.
BUT its not going on.. its not charging.

Something wrong with the battary perhaps?
How can I repair it?

Have you tried restarting it?

I remember my iPod wouldn't charge or turn on. I restarted it and it worked.

I've had my iPod like that once. I couldn't reset it as Prime suggested and it didn't look like it was charging, but after leaving it plugged into my computer all day it just randomly started. I still don't know what was wrong with it but seeing as it has worked perfectly ever since I don't care.

Yea, hold it up to 20 seconds, sometimes it doesnt work after 7 seconds.
