Apple iPhone Firmware for Games

So, that new Sword and Sworcery game just came out for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Unfortunately, I have the 2g, I think is what it is. And this only goes as far as 3.1.3? Well the requirement for the game is 3.2, and I was wondering if there's anyway I can still play it?

3.2 is the ipads firmware.as far as i know that firmware never was on the ipod touch.
plus i think a 2g can get a higher firmware.i think only 1st gen cant go past 3.1.3.

Actually the latest firmware for a 2G Iphone is 3.1.3. I don't think it's be possible for you to play that game unless you use a cydia app that'll spoof your firmware version to a higher one.

Nope latest Fe for iPod 2g is 4.2.1 according to Wikipedia http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPod_Touch

Also don't bother spoofing the firmware because itvwon't work.
(Not powerful enout processor and there are missing api's (or files then)
Needed to run the game properly

But the topic says "iPhone firmware for games". That assumes that he owns a iPhone and not a Ipod touch. A "2G Iphone" which is the first generation iPhone, latest firmware is 3.1.3.
