Hi I have an iPhone4 (fw 4.3.5), I got it as a gift and told me that it was unlocked but not jailbroken.
If i jailbreak my iphone will it reset the lock? also can anyone give me a tutorial on how to jailbreak? i know the stickies up there already provided the tutorial but im really having a hard time understanding all those tech savvy lingoes. I would really appreciate it if anyone can give me a noob tutorial.

Help. ive tried jailbreaking saw the pine apple cartoon with progress bar but now stuck at apple icon and after the icon it goes to a busy state like a swirling thing but swirling is stuck mid way
