So, my father asked me to upgrade his iPhone 4 to 5.1.1. He uses ultrasn0w to be able to use his iPhone. So I upgraded his firmware without upgrading his baseband, but now it's unactivated.I don't have any way to activate it again. Any help?

You can hacktivate (and jailbreak) using redsn0w, and then use SAM to legitimately activate the iPhone. If you want the device untethered, don't forget to install the "Rocky Racoon" package, too!
