I think HAAA was from before they had a separate folder for core (unremovable) channels so it ended up forever marooned in the disc channel folder.

HAAA - original photo channel (MP3, no custom banner)
HAYA - new photo channel (AAC, custom banner) - preinstalled and thus officially forced on new Wiis - except in Japan where they released a downgrader (shashin channel fukkyuu program)
HAZA - new photo channel, installed over original from wiishop, can be removed (most likely there's some special handling for this title in the wii menu)
