Thats a .zip file, unzip it, place it on your SD, summing you do know how to run apps via HBC, and also place them, if you don't, then lets just stop right here, completely, and download SetMiiUp, and starts from where it says.

Android Browser? as an Explorer or as an Browser?

If you are using a file manager, some file manager on android dont allow the exact of .zip files, they you can download "easy unrar" and unzipit, but save yourself some time and do it on a PC.

Some browser [Internet Browser], dont allow the correct download of files, you can try Puffin / Chrome / Firefox / or Opera for this, as Stock browsers sometimes dont like downloading files from the net.

once you can get the SysCheck.cvs report form your wii, please let us know if possible.

The Wii Settings Menu says 4.1C, But the BootMii System info menu says 4.1U.
So... ???

Yeah, apparently there's such a thing as a Chinese Wii (http://blog.romman.com/post/shuaji/wiizhongwencaidan_3337.html) and they can be region changed if you don't like that, but I would treat it as a Korean console (with their extra cautions in region changing) to avoid the risk of problems

BTW: Chinese/Taiwanese/Japanese and Korean characters look VERY different

Looks like pretty much all of your IOSes are hacked in some form. This usually isn't recommended and can cause problems. (I'm guessing you did this for DVD-R access in the System Menu, but USB loading is usually better.)

You're also slightly outdated for IOS58. (v6175 is installed; latest is v6176)

I'd recommend updating IOS58 to v6176, then reinstalling the following IOSes using DOP-Mii or similar (without any patches):
9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, 22, 28, 30, 31, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 43, 45, 46, 48, 50, 52, 53, 55, 56, 57, 58, 61, 70, 80

DO NOT reinstall IOS60 yet. That's the IOS used by System Menu 4.1.

You should also reinstall BC. (No idea why BC is modified...)

NOTE: If you previously installed cIOSCORP or similar to use DVD-R backups, installing the original IOSes will remove this functionality. As I mentioned before, you're better off using USB loading for backups.

EDIT: See @ScarletDreamz 's post below for a more comprehensive list. Also, can you post the first four characters of your Wii's serial number as well as the "Model No."? [should be in the format RVL-001(xxx)]

You got almost all your IOS patched, which its never recommended, its a very OLD softmod, assuming you loaded backups from your drive, but this was only when CIOS/DarkCorp existed.

The only CIOS you need patched and up to date are, 236 to install cios, 249 to load games, and optional backup ios [222,223,224,232,248,and 250].

Also, as I've requested at least twice already: can you post the first four characters of your Wii's serial number as well as the "Model No."? [should be in the format RVL-001(xxx)]
