Hey, I don't like how Android works either, but at least it lets me install whatever shit I want on it without having to ask the Pope for permission.

There isn't one. WindowsCE was pretty good, but it's discontinued now.

Symbian was eh-o-kay in its prime, at least everything was more or less native. WinCE though... good times.

WinMo 2003 SE school here. Awesome times.

There was a sick port of Ultima Underworld for it, along with a sick XCOM port/remake.

It has a series of Everquest games too. WinCE Master Race had DirectX on their phones back when Android played with shit, sticks and Java canvas with no OpenGL or hardware acceleration.

I guess I would have to say Android, but they can stick their whole virtual machine shtick up their ass. Technologically-speaking iOS has it better with Objective C.
