Hardware Internet randomly does not work

Hello, can anyone please help me?
My Windows 7 computer is connected to router via cable and router is connected to the internet via another cable. Other devices are connected to router via wi-fi (Consoles, phones, laptop etc.).
About 3 weeks ago my computer suddenly disconected, for about 30 seconds. Since then it started to happen randomly. (For few seconds or minutes, every few hours.) Last week it stopped happening.
This week it started again.
When it happens:
- Internet does NOT work
- I CAN contact router
- I CAN contact other devices in the same network
- Windows does NOT any error (no warning or red cross on network icon, network map shows internet connection, internet setup says that I am already connected, trouble shooter says no error detected)
- Other devices CAN conect to internet
I tried:
- Scannin for viruses
- Reinstalling network drivers
- checking cable (not dammaged)

Yes (actually the laptop is connected permanently, probably nothing else (consoles and one phone are used by me, other two phones may or may not be connected)).

Probably won't do anything, but you could attempt updating the router drivers?

the only reason i mention it is , if our tablets are using the net / you tube etc.... it really plays on our wired connection. Only cuz we got shite bandwidth though.

I would try another cable ..
reset the router...

reset the router... I did that many times

It could be anything. Reinstall your windows(or linux) to see if that does it.
Wifi was not working for months on my phone before i realized someon played with dns settings.

probably is not related but i had seen a router connected into another router in a friends house and they had really problems until i checked the 2 routers had the same ip... and both were trying to distribute the ip's because both had dhcp configured

Try changing your DNS to Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 IIRC). Sometimes your ISPs default DNS will just fuck up every now and again, this used to happen to me back on an older ISP and changing the DNS fixed it.

Huh: my internet cut out and wouldn't reconnect, so I disabled my device and then enabled it again. Works great. I've had to do this three times now, I think. Also, you have an internet cable plugged into your laptop? I'm asking because most people talk about a desktop when mentioning their computer. And this is an old fashioned idea to my mind if it is.

No, laptop is wireless. Cable is connected into normal computer (desktop).
