This subject again it's another unknown matter to me, while I know the basic thing: some companies (ISPa) could actually filter or restrict the Internet content its users can access, why?, well, you tell me, bandwidth?, additional charges?, safety?
Do any one care to explain a little more and comment?

ISPs can offer faster tubes to paying clients like yahoo, ebay, etc while putting the rest of the webs (competitors) on the slow lane. This is one facet of this complicated issue. Maybe a digg search for popular stories will turn up something.

edit- http://digg.com/search?section=all&s=net+neutrality could help you out a bit. I think theres a story in there that explains the basic issues.
