Homebrew internet connection settings in the home menu?

hi,is there anyway to add homebrew or the legit connection settings to the home menu of the 3DS?

Id like to have this too, be sick but probably not possible.

It isn't possible since it's within system settings. Microsd management can be an app since it's technically an application with no home menu shortcut. Same goes for Nintendo network ID settings and system transfer. Internet though is apart of system settings. Homebrew I'm not so sure though.....

DS Wifi Settings can exit to Internet Settings in System Settings, so it's possible with a custom DSiWare app.
