Internet Channel on Virtual Wii

Has anyone here been able to get Internet Channel working in virtual Wii on Wii U?

(Internet Channel was a fork of the Opera web browser for Wii, the reason it's of interest is it has a Flash player.)

you could see what happens with an emunand, I guess.

Doesn't work in USB Loader GX and I was careful to use the right WAD for my region.
