I'm at step 23 and I can't get in emunand9 at all, I just get a black screen

Try it a few times. Sometimes it gets stuck.
Took me 2-3 tries.

I enter the homebrew launcher via the 3ds menu instead of via the shortcut when booting on the 3ds, does that matter? because it's weird, the shortcut doesn't work anymore

well, it's to downgrade a N3ds (11.0) by using my o3ds (CFW)

It says to select downgrade FIRM 10.4
but when I do it, it says

failure opening sd files

Done!
reErr : 0 wrErr : 0

Any idea on how to fix that?

Not the dgTool-1.0 but the other ones:

The dgTool zip corresponding to 3DS #2:

• Old 3DS 11.0.0 -> 10.4.0 (mirror) (mirror)
• New 3DS 11.0.0 -> 10.4.0 (mirror) (mirror)

this step:
Copy the dgTool folder from the dgTool zip to the root of 3DS #2's SD card

now I'm doing this, not sure if I'm doing the right thing, I'm trying to downgrade my N3ds using my hacked o3ds.
If I'm doing the right thing, I'm trying to use the basehaxx using my Omega Ruby game. Not sure what to do exactly in this hacking step, I don't know what to do exactly with the exploit, can someone explain me please?
