Because he can launch rxtools and I'm going to assume that means HL unless he specifically says he's using mset

unless he tells you how he did it then assume you . . .dont know how he did it!



and i think this was also a hint that he does not have homebrew

I don't have a gateway/flashcard/Cubic ninja am I able to install Ninjhax if not is there anyway to install hax onto 4.5?

Also that's not how I did it, I used PBT and injected it over the Internet lol I just think using browserhax (which he definately has access to) is easier

more incorrect assumptions
1. most homebrew comes with a .cia file that usually works better than its 3dsx counterpart and there are a few things you cant launch with a .3dsx,
2. aflack i dont think he has browserhax the payload is not set up for firmware below 9.0 thats why he says

so please stop just telling him to use hax explain how to use hax because your obviously under the wrong impression (he does not have it working!)

btw i dont really care how you first installed cfw on your 3ds i was tring to say that you should not assume someone has something installed because most people have it, most is not all and this is the second time you were wrong about this assumption today see here #6 please ask for there 3ds's info first so you can help them properly then reply

I'm pretty sure he has no way to load HBL on below 9.0 unless he has a cubic ninja and he clearly say he has none

or just used the old method of installing cia using PBT on 4.x

hmm . . .?
try the link provided by @froid_san it will help you to install fbi to your nand on a pc using a nand backup then restore that nand (the one you used your pc to install fbi on) back to your 3ds (scene your 3ds does not want to cooperate)

Edit: but be careful as messing with the wrong parts of systemnand can cause a brick

Most of the time the 3dsx and cia work exactly the same actually... Only a few run better as cias also I see 3dsx files more than cias. Regardless I'm spending time out of my day to help this guy so please stop acting like an ass if I say something incorrect and just inform me

you gave bad advice instead of coming in telling you "suck moose cock for wasting a noobs time and causing him confusion" like an ass would and with that we slip back to topic instead i offer up the same solution that @froid_san posted see page one then you went on to say repeatedly that he has homebrew access (untrue) so i simply asked why you thought that i wanted you to see where you went wrong on your own (it helps to understand what your doing wrong way more than simply being told that its wrong) i mean dude its a teach emoticon not an middle finger emoticon
