installing DLC problem

Hi, there
i got a very strange problem
when i install DLC the installer will informed 'the software was closed because an error occurred'
the DLC is Xenoblade Chronicles 3 [Wave 4][010074F013263004] 3.98GB
This problem only occurs when you install this DLC.

Have you tried another source of the DLC?
I've had this once and using another source did solve the problem.
I also don't know if DLCs are dependent on the language of the base game.

switch installer TinWoo installer and Awoo installer
i tried reinstall Xenoblade Chronicles 3 whole game , but i got a same error 'the software was closed because an error occurred'

Use DBI, make sure you have valid NSPs. And use sigpatches properly.
Wave 4 worked fine for me. Future Redeemed available on the game screen and all.

After uninstalling the entire game, I reinstalled. Still getting an install error. The strange thing is that this time I installed the DLC without any problems, but there was an error installing the game.

Newest English DBI is now 598.
Check all your XCIs and NSPs with NXFileViewer to see if they got valid signatures and hashes.
Use proper sigpatches properly (for me this is the coomer ones with chainloaded fusee).

Doing this, everything always works for me. Never had that placeholder error, even once.
Other than this, dunno, sorry.

According to this you have FS corruption.
