Hi how to install CTGP-C from basics on aroma modded european Wii U?

Ctgp is for vwii/wii. Not wii u. Here is a guide CLICK.

CTGP-Café? If so, you need to:

• download Tiramisu (you don't need to remove Aroma to do that);
• have Mario Kart 8 at version 4.1.0, latest one is 4.2.0, so you need to downgrade one version;
• download ctgp_cafe_wiiu.zip and wiiu_plugin_loader.7z.

Then just follow the instructions on the readme and it should work! Just enter the Homebrew Launcher, open Wii U Plugin Manager, select Café Loader or something like that, and start Mario Kart 8.
