Hacking Installed WAD showing up as question mark

I installed a homebrew WAD but its showing up as a question mark in the data management screen. Any reason why? The icons show properly in the channel selection in the main menu.

It was installed with WAD Manager 1.4.

How it was installed has absolutely no effect on it showing up how it is. It has something to do with how the channel is created or something of the sort. I'm not too knowledgeable about creations of embeddings and forwarders--so I don't know what exactly was or wasn't done that's making it show up as that.

Maybe the wad got miss when it pack...

it has to do with the compression of the icon/banner. what wad was it? there is a chance I can fix it.

Fixed it. It will also take up less blocks now. (15 instead of 20)

Gamemaster made the forwarder inside the channel.

I was in data management and I saw it too and was like eh? whatever, and then I forgot about it until I saw the title of this thread.
