Hacking Installed chip...now no video/audio?

I've already done a few Wii chips already and I'm relatively experienced in soldering...but I have an issue with the latest one I've done. After I installed a Wiikey, and then went to go test it....when I got to turn on the Wii, it sounds like its booting up fine...but there is no video or audio...I've tried both the composite and component cables...but still the same result. I've tried turning it on without a drive...still the same. It's like the Wii is blind and mute now...anyone come across this? Or did I manage to kill this Wii?

Honestly...don't be judging, considering what forum we are in. I'd say 99.9% of the people in here are pirating games, you don't think that is also costing Nintendo money?

Pirated games, or backups?

I think less than you expect play pirated games -- most use backups. I only have a handful of pirated games, and if I pirate one I like, I buy it.

Hacking isn't about being illegal or pirating software. It's much more than that. If you don't see that, then I'm sorry.

Well, there isn't much hacking going on in this forum... especially through the DVD drive. The point of a DVD modchip is fool the Wii into playing discs that are burned, not retail. So I don't really considering it hacking until they come up with a legitimate modchip that is able to access the system itself so that you can use unsigned code...
