Homebrew Install guide question

For some reason FBI isn't installed in my 3ds anymore (luma, homebrew channel and freeshop are still there) also I think some of my software, specifically i believe bootntr, is out of date so I was just going to reinstall everything (is that the best route to take?)

When I was working on the Wii U recently (thanks to the members here who helped me out) it was rightfully pointed out to me that wiiu.guide has problems and that I should use the guide on this forum instead; I've previously used 3ds.guide but am now wondering if it has similar problems.

Use Rosalina injection to get to the hbl. If you don't know that that is, if you enter an app, open the Rosalina menu, and hit inject hb .app under the miscellaneous option, that app will become the hbl when you exit and enter it untill you reboot the 3ds. I'd suggest doing this with a game.
