Hacking Install Emunand

Hello everyone, i'm kind of a noob at this since i began messing around with my o3ds just yesterday

So I followed this guide, step by step :

And i managed to get homebrew working, but i tried to install both Cakes and RXTools and I can't get neither of them working.
I used the multi-boot option, and when i boot one of both, both screens first go black, then the bottom one goes red, then it puts me back to the boot selection

My Sysnand is 9.9.0-26E, on an European o3ds

As a second question, i wanted to know how i can lauch .3ds roms through the homebrew, with or without emunand installed.


And if my question is stupid, or already answeared, please try to explain why, i'm still having a hard time understanding what exactly are CFW's and cia's

Sorry. Only 3DSs with Firmware 9.2.0 or less will work with RxTools etc.

You need to be in 9.2 or less to run a custom firmware and emunand, that's why you can't use them.

The only thing you can use to load roms is an sky3ds.

You can't install emunand with a sysnand above 9.2
You can't run 3ds roms through homebrew.

If I'm not wrong, sky3ds is a linker ? Just like r4 was for nds ?

Well, I dont own a Sky3DS, but there's supposed to be a MicroSD slot where you can put .3ds files on. Then I think you cycle through them using the blue button.
