Just put it on the root of your SD card. Remember what your nand is named. Select that in Decrypt9's System Nand Restore mode.
So this happened I restored it after it was finished I pulled out my Sd card And now my Sd card is corrupted and I have to Format it XD
I have a Back up Of my Sd on My PC do u know If I have to set up Emunand Up from the start Again Or can I just Copy the Files on my Sd card

You would need to back your emunand up. Use Emunand9, I believe that may be able to back your emunand up from the corrupt SD. Is it just your computer that's promting that's it's corrupt or is it your 3ds as well?

All you had to do was to delete the GBA game from NAND via FBI, that was it.

Jeez, no kidding! Or if it appeared as an icon you could have gone into System Settings and deleted like you would a legitimately purchased item.

The problems are just needlessly snowballing! :(
