I recently got emuNAND set up on my 3DS so I could play imported 3DS games.
But I've run into a problem. Some games require me to input Japanese characters in order to create a save game.

Here are a couple pictures of a game doing this. The game in question is Aikatsu Cinderella Lesson if you are curious, although the other Aikatsu games do the same thing.

What I'm asking is this: is there a way to enable Japanese text input on the 3ds's built-in keyboard, apart from simply using a Japanese 3DS?

Isn't that what the NTR-CFW language emulation plugin is for?

I don't know about other games, but I know for Animal Crossing New leaf , the keyboard symbols are stored in the ram and can be overwritten with new characters, including Japanese ones. So you can basically overwrite the keyboard. It goes away when the ram is released, so when the game ends.

Edit: Forgot, this game has its own keyboard, not the firmware one. My mistake.
