Hacking inject_gba installation doesn't work

Every time when I try to install inject_gba I get the following error message:
"error: package directory 'inject_gba' does not exist"


Does anybody has a solution for my problem? I would be thankful for any help I'll get.

try doing this: "cd C:/users......inject_gba-master" and then "python setup.py install"

Yes it worked. I also noticed that I was still in System32 so that's the reason it didn't work. Thanks for your help^^
